Spacious and well-equipped kitchen made meal prep a breeze. The washer/dryer combo worked flawlessly for laundry needs.
Removing shoes upon entering the room felt traditional but lacking a stool for comfort was inconvenient. The kitchen had a chopping board but not enough decent knives. The shower drain was slow, leaving us standing in shallow water after a rinse.

A bit noisy at times.

Spacious room with great amenities! Fully stocked kitchen, induction stovetop rocks. Bathroom had a cool setup with wash basin and great drying options. Loved the washer/dryer combo. Gion was close enough to walk, yet quiet. Even had enough plugs for charging all my devices. Totally recommend this place!

comfortable stay with a great location
The twin room offered ample space for us to prepare meals, which we appreciated during our two-night stay. Having a washer/dryer combo was a fantastic convenience, making it easy to keep our clothes fresh throughout our visit. We loved the garden view from our room, providing a peaceful ambiance amidst the bustling city.
The only downside was the bathroom needed some updates.

Our stay was a foodie dream! We devoured the luscious foie gras at nearby Harumiya, which is just a stone's throw away. The spacious kitchen was a total win for cooking fresh meals, and our room layout provided perfect privacy.
The beds were a tad too firm, and while we initially wrestled with pillows, the staff quickly hooked us up with comfier ones! Adding a firestick option for the TV would level up the entertainment vibe.

However, the bed was on the firmer side, which took some getting used to. I would definitely choose to stay again!

The spacious twin room offered a comfortable setup for cooking hot breakfasts, with a good supply of kitchen utensils. Located just a short walk from both a JR station and the busy Gion area, it was convenient for exploring the local attractions. One drawback was that the bathroom could use some updates, and navigating the area can involve significant walking, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
